Each exercise program is specifically tailored to you. You don’t even have to have your own equipment! The initial consultation will help determine goals, answer questions and offer recommendations; all of these will be used throughout your time as our client. To help accomplish this, we offer several types of sessions and several different packages.

Initial Consultation

This is the first session for all new clients. Health and exercise history, limitations, goals and preferences will be discussed. A fitness assessment will be conducted to determine fitness levels and set a baseline to measure progress. If time permits, a short exercise session may be conducted.
Note: The initial consultation is free with any purchase. If you purchase a single session to begin, the initial assessment will be credited towards any additional sessions purchased.

Indiviual Sessions

The ideal session for a single person. You will benefit from a full hour of one-on-one attention for a program made just for you, in the privacy of your own home (or location of your choosing). All activities are designed with only you in mind. Great option for out of town business travelers!

Joint Session

A one hour session for two people. Perfect for couples, friends, or family that want to train with someone else at the same time. Activities will be planned with the needs and goals of both individuals in mind. This is ideal if you want a more affordable session, or if you want a workout buddy to share the fun! Getting married? Group Session

Similar to a Trio Session – a one hour session for 3 or more people. Get a group of friends, family or co-workers together for a workout, or schedule a regular group session and exercise together! Perfect for corporate and neighborhood exercise initiatives.

TeleTraining

Don’t live in metro Atlanta? Do you travel for work a lot? Are you an existing client that needs some guidance on vacation? TeleTraining is perfect for any of these situations and more. It is a 25-minute telephone session – you set the frequency and the topics. Use it if you just need some help setting goals and staying motivated while you work out on your own, or combine with in-home sessions when you don’t have the time to meet as regularly as you would like.
