redefine WALKING!
Walking is an excellent form of exercise! Join the redefine fitness walking club for a fun, simple way to get some exercise in a group setting. Bring your friends, make some new friends, do some networking……all with a personal trainer there for tips and support.
For all levels of walkers – -but you must be able to walk comfortably for one hour. Dress appropriately and bring some water!
Leashed / well-trained dogs and strollers are welcome!
THURSDAY EVENING club:
WHERE: Freedom Park /Candler Park: meet at entrance to Candler Park parking lot on McClendon
WHEN: 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm
