With today’s busy lifestyles, it can be downright impossible to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  And it’s not always easy to know what you need to do to be “active and healthy” anyway.  Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone to make it easy for you to squeeze some healthy habits and regular exercise into your day?
  2. Insecurity.
